Went here last night for a Christmas party and it was good the food was amazing and the staff were engaging and the dj was good all round it was a great night.
Four of us went here for the Sunday roast on Easter Sunday. It was absolutely delicious. We all felt the meat was perfectly cooked (2 of us had beef, one had pork and I had chicken). The vegetables and roasties were perfect too. The portions were large so we had to take some home with us. Although the prices are not cheap here, we all felt the meal was great value as it was not your average Sunday dinner. Service was also excellent.
Stayed for four nights from 18/12/2025 to 21/12/2025 and couldn’t believe how efficient , professional , attentive the staff were. Very accommodating and the food is out of this world. Has to be tried. Would recommend this place to anyone. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Just lovely
As part of a social group I co-ordinate, 32 of us attended last night for evening dinner. This is the 2nd time we have visited Restaurant 56, and what can I say……perfect in every way!!. Fabulous food, amazing service and of course a lovely venue. Thanks guys
Unfortunately can’t tell you about the room but can review the restaurant. Wonderful service and incredibly accommodating for GF guest. Often, the GF options in places means menu items are adjusted to exclude things and still cost the same. Yesterday we came for Sunday roast and was so impressed with the service and the food was lovely. Our GF guest felt fully included with their own bread alternative for the bread basket, different bread for the starter and even their own vegetables AND GF Yorkshire puddings. It’s great to find somewhere that is fully inclusive rather than excludes items. Thank you… we were made up with our visit.
Just had 2 nights here ! It is a good location to get to Blackpool as the trams are right across road ! So easy access to Blackpool north south & central areas also same for fleetwood area Hotel is based in cleveleys close to shops and bars The hotel is spotless uptodate with lovey modern decor ! Breakfast was lovely I didn’t do the restaurant but can imagine it would be nice as well Staff friendly and polite would recommend and stay again ! Thank you
Stayed at the Briardene Hotel for 2 nights (Sept 19th to 21st). Had a fantastic stay. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Room was very clean and tidy. Didn’t sample the food menu but this was personal choice. Great location. 10 minute walk into Cleveleys. Bus & tram stop outside the hotel. I fully recommend a stay at this establishment, considering the price & location you’ll not be disappointed.
